[amsat-bb] Pratham: IITB Student Satellite

Hello all,

We are glad to inform you that PE0SAT was able to receive the beacon of the
satellite yet again. We have started the preparation to track the satellite
in the hopes of establishing if the satellite is active again. We would be
glad if you could help us in this and try receiving the signal from Pratham.
