[amsat-bb] Using 1.2Ghz

Hi Todd,

Fox-1Cliff and Fox-1D will both have an L band  (1.2 GHz) FM uplink in
addition to their UHF FM uplink.  The operating mode will be selected by
the AMSAT Operations so each will default to U/v mode but can be
commanded to L/v for a 24 hour period.

I'm sure others here will fill you in on any other birds using 1.2 GHz.
