[amsat-bb] BY70-1 + UBSEDS21 + AO73 + JY1Sat in OSCAR News

If you follow the link for the BY70-1 satellite, the page you land on
states that the uplink frequency has been changed to 145.920 MHz. Can
anyone on the list confirm one or the other uplink frequencies?
