Gpredict has a Windows version.

I created a database for my contacts. I make audio recordings of the
passes that I'm on and play them back later in order to enter the
details, including grid squares. I use that same database for
preparing my LOTW files.
Using a database makes it easy for me to check for a given station or
grid square that I might have worked before as I can search for
specific terms, such as callsigns.
If you have a database program, this might be worth considering as you
can set it up the way you want it and you don't have to buy another
software package.
