[amsat-bb] WispDDE client Problem

Hi folks,

I am trying the WispDDE client to set the radio frequencies for a Kenwood
TS-2000.

I've noticed that when I have a NOAA and METEOR satellite, the frequency is
not configured properly, 

but it affirms me on the radio with a frequency of only three digits or it
does not set the frequencies.

Any help how to do it or can suggest me other clients that I can interface
with Orbitron or Pass setting correctly all the satellites?
