[amsat-bb] Why 6 digit grid locator in Europe?

Hi guys

Yes, it's a bad habit in europe, but when I give all four digits, people 
again asked by the two last digits and it is worse yet.
As the saying goes, "the cure is worse than the disease".
Let us try to get used to everybody.
