Luis,
A cheaper diplexer would suffice. That looks like it has very strong out of
band rejection, but for a simple desense problem. you don't need anything
too fancy.
You would put the diplexer between the 70cm antenna and preamp, so there is
no need to pass DC through the diplexer.
