[amsat-bb] Active 9600 Baud Satellites

I try to download and run telemetry programs from DK3WN but I always get the 
"MSCHRT missing/not registered" error.
I've downloaded the VisualBasic6 files, and the Active-X controls from his 
website.
I still get the same message.
Can anyone help me with this, please?
