[amsat-bb] Active 9600 Baud Satellites

Hi all,

it's better to copy and install the ocx files into the windows/system32
directory. In this way - if you use different directories for the telemetry
decoders - you don't need to copy the ocx files into each one.

I posted many OCX files in my Dropbox.
Please try using the capitalized file if the same file name like
MSCHRT20.OCX, COMDLG32.OCX etc.
They put in the same folder of DK3WN software.
