[amsat-bb] Ham Radio are permitter on Carnival Cruises

Sorry for chiming in...I sailed professionally in the 80's so I have some
experience with ship captains. I'll wade through the endless dribble next
time and I'll keep in mind that hams never, ever, do anything they aren't
supposed to do.
