[amsat-bb] Yaesu FT-857D

Hi, Frank

I had a HackRF for a couple of weeks and got rid of it.

It only does 8-bits for the receive conversion, just like a $20 dongle, 
and IMO, is not worth the $300 price tag.

YMMV, but I was quite disappointed with it,
