[amsat-bb] Latest TQSL on Ubuntu

Hi Daniel,
     Thanks for the quick response.  That's where the confusion sets in.  I
don't understand why I have to do all that "stuff" if TQSL is already
running on my system.  Shouldn't there be an easier way?
