[amsat-bb] Why do people start new threads when replying to a post on amsat-bb?

This is a legitimate reason:

3) The most likely may be that they get a digest and start a new mail
message rather than making the other common mistake of quoting the
entire digest.

There is no easy way around this, but it is helpful to try and use the
same exact subject by copying and pasting.

It's not on my end, most emails are threaded fine.

Anyway, as someone has said off list, this is not likely to change
everyone's behavior. It's just a slight pet peeve.
