And he updated trustedqsl in the above ppa and in the ubuntuhams repository
to 2.2, so the NPOTA selections should work. According to
https://lotw.arrl.org/lotw-help/stnloc/#Define selecting the US DXCC and a
US state will allow a park location to be selected.
