[amsat-bb] XE2AT from DL52/DL53, SO-50 @ 0035 UTC Sunday (1935 EST/1635 PST today!)

Unfortunately, XE2AT's equipment was confiscated by the local police 
before the pass. Once the police have confirmed he is a licensed XE 
operator, hopefully he will be allowed to have his equipment returned!
