[amsat-bb] Band designators, Modes

Souldn't the order be 436 dn/145 up?

Most radios and repeaters listings list the RX frequency (and receiver
DIAL frequency first)  then the TX second.  You don't see the TX until you
transmit which is a lower dutycycle.  SO first frequency should be the RX
freq. IHMO Bob
