It looks like the next event will be Saturday July 23rd 2016, probably
going all weekend. This is based on a post on the Russian blog by
R4UAB. According to Google Translate the event will be “dedicated to
the life and work of the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin.” Google
Translate also mentions “voice communication with the Earth,” which is
very intriguing.

Can anyone who reads Cyrillic/knows Russian tell me exactly what the
part about "voice communication with Earth" means? I want to know if
the cosmonauts will be talking to amateur radio operators on the
