Interesting.  By the pace of the conversations, the SSB guys don't sound 
like they know they only have a few minutes to wrap up the QSO.  Bad 
language etc. aside, they might be using simplex on that frequency and 
probably don't realize they transmitting on a satellite uplink 
frequency.  Just a theory...
