[amsat-bb] Does EO79/Funcube-3 have telemetry?

Unfortunately nothing heard during a 1504 to 1517 UTC pass over the east
coast of the US.  I tried DL bottom+5Khz, center, top-5, then shifted my
uplink +/-25KHz.  Was never able to hear my CW downlink.

Had Doppler.sqf of:

EO-79,145950,435062,CW,CW,REV,0,0,CW

(I used 435062 based on earlier AMSAT UK advice).

Obviously I could have easily had something wrong, but nothing was heard
between 145935 and 145965 either.
