[amsat-bb] 13 Colonies for satellite

I've taken on the task of trying to organize satellite participation again
in the yearly 13 Colonies special event. Most of you I'm sure are aware of
what the event is, if not please see...

What I will need to do to get sat operations added back to the event is get
at least one currently active sat op from each of the 13 colonies to
participate. I will cover the States of New Jersey and Delaware (if needed).
There can be more than one op per state. I also would like to ask for some
help putting WM3PEN on satellite, I think for the first time. I'm not going
to go forward with this unless we can reliably put all 13 colonies on the
air. Time is short, so anyone interested please email me ASAP so I can if a
go, set this all up in time.
