[amsat-bb] ARISS Contact #1000!!

Congratulations to the ARISS Team for making this, the preceding 999,
and hopefully the next 1000 contacts a reality!

I had to head to an appointment and happened to hit the road out just
before AOS here in Texas, and heard ISS on my mobile rig very well for
about the last 5 minutes of the telebridge pass.  It was great fun to
listen to!
