[amsat-bb] EO-79 transponder ACTIVE

16:15 UTC EO-79 pass over Texas, USA (grid: EM21)
- 7 stations worked including 1 DX, a few others heard
- Had to change RX polarity a little more often than TX polarity;
overall very easy to hear like AO-73
- Very little uplink power is necessary as with AO-73
- Could easily work the entire transponder from end-to-end of pass band
