[amsat-bb] APRS activation on IO-86

Dear all,

As today and tomorrow are holiday in Indonesia , APRS payload on IO-86 is going to be activated with the following schedule:

 5 May: pass 03.15 and 04.59 UTC
 6 May: pass 01.53 and 03.37 UTC

Then back to regular weekend schedule (between 1 and 5 UTC, depending operator availability )
