[amsat-bb] direct satellite-to-satellite relay

Perry Klein (W3PK) and Ray Soifer (W2RS) are believed to be the first two
terrestrial stations to communicate using a direct satellite-to-satellite
relay in ANY radio service.  This was accomplished with A-O-6 and A-O-7.
