[amsat-bb] HF-HF satellite

A mode K satellite would be cool, but not many rigs can do full duplex on
Mode K. The FT847, TS2000 and Icom 9100 can't.  It would almost take 2 HF
rigs, or a Yaesu FTDX9000,
