[amsat-bb] any move a foot?

Reid,

That is very true. What I have noticed is that the people who aren't
members seem to gripe the most about no HEO and one in particular stated he
would pay all past years dues when AMSAT launches one. I'm not sure how
paying after it gets built and launched helps to make it happen.
