FO-29 will also have windows with Hawaii for a period of time every
couple of months (when the passes are closer to apogee, around 1,100
km+ altitude should do the trick)

A couple of stations to try are NH6Y (AO-7 or FO-29, needs a few
degrees of elevation due to obstructions to his east) and WH6XM (FO-29
only).
