64-bit?  I got this from Erich recently:

I have just tested the U12 at my Windows 10, 64-bit, Acer Laptop. It
works flawlessly at a USB 2 and USB 3 port. I had only to copy the
ljackuw.dll from my Windows 7 PC into the C:\Windows\SYSWOW64 folder.
The U12 is an excellent device. You don't need to care about drivers
because it uses the Windows own HID drivers.
