[amsat-bb] SATPC32 Error Code 1925

On two of my windows 7 computers I have not been able to install SatPC32 
because I get the error message that I do not have administrator 
privileges.  I only have one account on these machines and it is an 
administrator account.  On other machines I do not get this error 
message.  Do you know what causes this error and how to work around it?  
I have been told to right click on the setup.exe file an run as an 
administrator, but that option does not appear on my computer. Using 
latest version of SATPC32.
