[amsat-bb] Chip for LVB Tracker

Retrofitting the LVB tracker with a Mega2560 is pretty simple. K3NG's
code, the original 16x2 lcd, buttons and a shoehorn. Had to drill a
few holes, too.
Added a GPS, it also has a stop/run switch as well as sun and moon
tracking. Time out feature, blah, blah, blah.
Did I forget? It has a USB port. We have truly entered the new century.
Works just fine with PST rotator or satpc32.
