[amsat-bb] Chip for LVB Tracker

Ditto I've made up 5 of the arduinos loaded with the K3NG software for G5400 antenna controllers. That code is a huge benefit to our amateur community.
Next I'm making an arduino with the same code configured for azimuth only for the hf beam.
Works great.
I'd recommend recycling what you can for the case and buttons Etc and put a 16x2 display on the mega and get it going that way.
