[amsat-bb] PCSAT NO-44 packet Active during daylight?

Recently I have noticed a drift in frequency on the PSK-31 transponder 
of NO-84 also. It seems to be going along with the higher temperatures 
that have been +27 to +30 C in recent days.  The voltage is also running 
higher than normal at 7.9x - 8.04V.
