If you are putting up a whole Az/El tracking deal, you'd probably want
to consider circularly polarized antennas since that eliminates the
need to have to flip polarity.

Are you thinking about for portable use with an Arrow-style dual-band
crossed antenna?  Because there it would be helpful.
