[amsat-bb] AMSAT Broadband Preamp

The documentation for the preamp is here:

The limited testing described in the documentation shows 15 - 20 dB of gain.

The preamp is based on the MAR7 amplifier. The typical noise figure of
that device is 5.0 dB per these specifications:
