Joe,

Glad everything worked out. When Microsoft tightened up the security on
Windows to allow better access control it did require programs that did
more than basic stuff to run with Administrative rights which had to be set
by an user with administrative rights. It is amazing how many posts you see
on windows developers sites asking how to set the program rights to
Administrative from within the program - it would sort of defeat the
purpose of the whole thing. The only way to eliminate the run as
administrator requirement is to hold an expensive fancy developers license.

I had not looked at my  'SimpleSat Look Down' program in several years. I
have a habit of being more interested in new things and sort of move on
to a new challenge when something is working.

At a very early age my mother noticed my tendency to get bored when things
were working and move on to something new. She told me to never have any
children. "You will get bored with them, move on to something new and they
will starve to death." My web site is a good indication of how wise my
mother was.
