Rotator controller: DDE is provided for your client such as PST Rotator.
Doppler shift: Yes, for both the SDR (of course) and an external radio used
for transmit (TS-2000, IC-910, FT-991 ...).
Satellite priority: You select the passes you are interested in for the next
96 hours.
