The RSGB have released the video of the John Regnault G4SWX 2015 Convention presentation "Regular 3,000+km Contacts on 144MHz by Meteor Scatter and Tropo". In it he describes how the International Space Station acted as a reflector to enable 144 MHz signals to cross the Atlantic. (RSGB members only)
