[amsat-bb] FW: preamp design

The satellite team at the University of Louisiana is look for a VHF preamp
design to fly in a sat. The amp should have 

                1. Gain > 20 db

                2. NF < 1 db

                3. DC volts 3.3 vdc

                4. Current ~ 10 ma
