[amsat-bb] Pratham: IITB Student Satellite

I, JE9PEL received the very weak Pratham CW beacon on 29 Sep 2016.
Because I was not able to be imaged these fast speed signal, I have to
cooperate imaging to JA0CAW. So I confirmed to be a signal from Pratham
in the figure below.
