[amsat-bb] EM42/52

After checking passes and travel times for tomorrow, it looks like the only
possible pass for the EM42/52 line tomorrow will be the 1505z FO-29. I'll
do my best to be on that pass, but keep in mind this is all dependent on
what time we get into the area.

If I can make it, I'll transmit fixed at 145.930 +/- for QRM.
