[amsat-bb] SatPC32 on Ubuntu Mate/Wine

The only other thing I've needed to do in general (haven't tried SatPC32
specifically), is to add the group "dialout" to your account.  Or run
SatPC32 under wine as root (not recommended, just on principles).
