I use ARR's mast mount products. They fix them for a reasonable price,
with a quick turn around.

Before purchase, decide which power handling level you need. Check the
FAQ page. 25 watt preamps handle 30 watts, max.

Preamps can and do break, operator idocy also causes faults.
