[amsat-bb] Speaking of APRS (and PSK31)

Thank you Bob and Patrick. I was not aware of the DK3WN website. I'll
check that out. 

As I am soon to be retired, PSK31 via NO-84 may be just the kind of
project I need to keep me out of trouble!
