[amsat-bb] Speaking of APRS (and PSK31)

I have tried to digipeat thru NO-84 a number of times in the past, but 
the signal always seemed to be very weak, even on high passes. I have 
never gotten a packet repeated through it. I have tried via both ARISS 
and PSAT. I am pretty sure my station is set up properly because I have 
made quite a few complete QSOs thru the ISS on both VHF and UHF. Does my 
experience square with what others have seen with NO-84 packet?
