[amsat-bb] CW on Sats -Try PSAT?

I wondered about this Bob, several times, but thought someone would get 
mad if I tried it.

But I do not see why it would not work.

I actually do not see why any mode that is listened to using USB would 
not work.

I may try it out in the next few days.

If it wasn't for the Doppler problem,, I'd even try the FT8, but dont 
see any way to keep the freq dead motionless on that one.
