[amsat-bb] What satellite is this ?

So, interesting discovery... IO-86 / LAPAN A2, according to their
Facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/groups/831872960241607/) appears
to be in APRS mode for a few hours per day on a daily basis. Presumably
the satellite responds to an uplink on the same frequency 145.825. Yes?

My question... I searched the Amsat website, and I don't see any
mention of the bird. Did it die (or was disabled) and is now back on
the active list?

All that said, the satellite appears to be in an equatorial orbit, and
I'm too far North...  {sigh}
