[amsat-bb] What satellite is this ?

Basically the only regularly-active ops who can really work IO-86 from the US are myself and KO4MA. I've been on a few 1-3° passes when the repeater happened to be active while southern Florida had footprint. It has a very loud 5w downlink, and is easy to work with an HT at that elevation. I suppose it doesn't make much sense to include it in the comms satellite lists on the Amsat site, since its virtually not usable from the US however.

It definitely hasn't died, and is regularly active over Indonesia and Brazil, on a published schedule.
