[amsat-bb] What satellite is this ?

IO-86 is in a good health and fully functional (never die) and it is approaching the 2 anniversary next month.

APRS is a full digipeater, please use YBSAT as the PATH.

Due to power management, the APRS and voice payload are only activated once a day, on separate pass.
Additional voice activation on weekends.
