[amsat-bb] Best SDR for satellite reception

SatPC32 will also control the SDRPlay with SDRUno the same way.

My linear satellite setup is a FT-817nd, a SDRPlay and a laptop running
SDRUno and SatPC32. The radio communicates with SatPC32 via a CAT Bluetooth
dongle. Make sure to add filters on each feedline to get rid of desense, if
using an Arrow antenna.
