[amsat-bb] Best SDR for satellite reception

I'm not really sure other than the ext 10MHz input, and a wider bandwidth.
I'd been through enough "dongles", and wanted something different.
The HackRF is only 8-bits, something I didn't expect for the price, and
I had major trouble running the SDRPlay units with Linux.
